In Feburary, 2019, I had the opportunity to show a body of work at the Triangle L Barn Gallery in Oracle, Arizona. Triangle L is an historic guest ranch, and the two outbuildings that are used as gallery spaces were a great match both spacially and texturally for the work.
All the pieces are on paper, mostly executed with graphite or charcoal and pastel, (though a few include gouache and acrylic paint). The largest works in the main gallery were hung with magnets on steel frames suspended from the rafters. The smaller collage pieces were suspended on thin wood strips hung from the roof of the smaller adobe garage space.
